National Storytelling Competition 2024

A first-of-its-kind storytelling competition is coming to NSA St. Louis, and it’s the
perfect opportunity to showcase your talent and SHINE!
What’s it all about?
This storytelling competition was created by professional speakers for professional speakers.
Competition will occur on three levels: Chapter, Regional & National, with each competitor scored by professional judges on three tracks of Marketability, Impact & Presentation – at all three competition levels.
You’ll have 5 minutes to WOW and take your shot at being chosen as one of three finalists who will ultimately compete ON STAGE at Influence in August 2024!
Here’s how it will work:
For our St. Louis competition, all chapter members are encouraged to compete, but you must register by 5:00 pm (CT) on Sunday, January 8, 2024.
An entry fee of $25 will be required at the time of your registration.
Once you are registered and the fee is paid, you will receive more detailed information to help you prepare your presentation and submit your video. You can also review everything on NSA national’s website by clicking HERE, or you can download the documents below for guidance on preparing your presentation, including what the judges will be looking for from each submission.
The deadline for video submissions for the St. Louis competition will be January 22nd.
If we have more than 10 people sign up, our local judges will select 10 chapter members to compete at our meeting on March 1, 2024.
Out of those 10, ONE person will be selected at the March 1st meeting to move onto Regionals and compete at that next level.
This is going to be an exceptional event for our chapter, and we hope you consider signing up to be considered for one of the 10 slots at the chapter level!
If you have any questions before registering, please feel free to reach out to Yonason at rabbi@ethicsninja.com or Joe at joe@joefingerhut.com
